Jubilee 2010

In June, 2010, SLW, Associates, family and friends gathered to celebrate the anniversaries of 5 Sisters of the Living Word. The Liturgy of Thanksgiving was celebrated at St. Cecilia, Mount Prospect, IL. Luanne Wilhelm, SLW reflected on the lives of these Sisters and the importance of the Word, Jesus, becoming flesh and sharing our human life. After the Liturgy, all gathered for sharing more stories about the Jubilarians.

Mary Ann Grausam, SLW pins Mary Joel Curcio, SLW corsage. Mary Joel celebrated 50 years of ministry as teacher, development director and project manager for various ministry sites.

Laurita Saunders, SLW poses with family who used the occasion of her 70th Anniversary to have a family reunion. Laurita ministered as teacher and now volunteers at the Living Word Center.

Eileen Geimer, SLW enjoys the day celebrating her 50th Anniversary  with her mother, Mary Kay Geimer and family. Eileen ministered in elementary school and in Montessori education.
