Sr. Jude (Judith) Williams, SLW

September 9, 1951 - September 8, 1993 

Sr. Jude was born September 9, 1951 in Shokopee, MN.  She attended Oakton Community College in Des Plaines, IL and Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.  She also had training as a physical therapy assistant, with her sister Donna Williams, SLW, at the Rehabilitation Institute in Chicago, IL.

In 1993, Jude underwent surgery which prohibited her continuing as a therapist assistant.  She left the Rehabilitation Institute.  Nonetheless, Jude found ways and means of being present and offering her services on the ministry floor at the Center.  She also volunteered to co-edit OutWORD with Donna.

Sr. Jude died on September 8, 1993 and is buried in All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines, IL.
